Facilitated the opening of two other Urgent Care facilities within the same system prior to becoming Medical Director. As Medical Director I managed physician scheduling and patient relations as well as maintaining a practice in Primary Care. Rotated shifts in the Urgent Care on a regular basis which served as many as 80-160 patients in a 12-hour day, 365 days a year. The Urgent Care provided x-ray, lab, two telemetry beds staffed by two physicians and three nurses most shifts.
